Free tracked shipping

Every order ships free with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive in 7 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can run longer in the holiday season or because of carrier delays.

Tracking

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Follow it on our Track order page. A new tracking number can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.

Shipping address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email right away. We can update the address before the order ships, but not after.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you do not have it, email with the email address you used at checkout and we will help.
